A pink colored rice cake covered by the salty flavored cherry tree leaf.  It is eaten in Sprig.

Doll’s Festival

Oouchi Bina is traditional Japanese Art of Yamaguchi Prefecture in the west of Japan.

The pair was the emperor and the queen. Japanese have the doll’s party on 3 of March, we serve some sake, and music for the visitors.
