Twelfth Night

The Pembroke Players in Cambridge’s Japan Tour 2011. “Twelfth Night” of Shakespeare. The casts were from the University of Cambridge. The fresh powers and bright members caught the each audiences’ heart.

Genevieve Gaunt who was in black dress played Olivia. She had the emotional eyes and brilliant white skin.
Olivia didn’t let people in her heart.
This was the scene she refused the Orsino’s love. She fell in love with Viola, who was girl but in the men’s clothes. She was the cast of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in 2004. She played Pansy Parkinson, the girl friend of Draco Malfoy.

Maria, the maid of Olivia and Toby, the uncle of Olivia.
They had outstanding talents of comedy.

“If music be the food of love, play on;
Give me excess of it, that, surfeiting,
The appetite may sicken, and so die.” said Duke.

“Love sought is good, but given unsought is better.” said Olivia. I loved the line.

I drew the confession of a couple, Viola, a girl in men’s cloth and Orsino, who finally noticed Viola’s love. Viola had mustache in this painting

The bags, the skillful setting of the play was only these bags. The left bag had two boards inside. The one was the brick and the other was the pink wall paper. The cast turned the board and it expressed the change of the scene. Saturday 1 October.
