Rockefeller Center

 

The statue of Rockefeller Center.

There was restaurant which becomes an ice rink in winter.

I felt the Rockefeller Center is calm place and makes people feel peace, the family happiness.

I visited there at night, up the “Top of the Rock”on the 60th floor.

The most beautiful moment which we could see everything in Manhattan.

Chicken Pot Pie

 

They eat a Chicken Pot Pie, the famous menu on the Brooklyn DINER.

BILLY ELLIOT

2009 Tony Award, Billy Elliot, a Broadway show.  I saw the Billy in the Imperial theater on 2 August Sunday afternoon.

Trent Kowalik was Billy.  It is about the ballet dancer who wants to go the royal ballet school.

Though his father was not helpful for his dream.

The music was by Elton John, it was so beautiful moment.

The broadway musical, The little Mermaid.

Many ladies were costumed like mermaids. 

There were so many fans of Prince here.

Ballet School

They were on the subway to go Uptown.

She put on the brown jacket and thin scarf as soon as she got in the train.

The New York subways were a little bit cold inside.

The two lovely ballerinas had the same sports bags and on the way to  go to the school.

Their smiles and laughs were vivid.

It was my dream to study watercolours in the foreign country.

This summer was the best time to achieve this project.

I appreciate my friends, family and supporters had helped me to get there.

The lecture was beautiful.  I met wonderful teacher and classmates.

Hudson River Park

 

A woman passed the street beside the Hudson river park.

At 9 a.m., the  joggers run the street, and by 10:30. women with babies were shown up.

Guggenheim Museum

 

Guggenheim Museum is located near the Central Park.

A blue dressed girl was talking on the cell phone.

The exhibition was “Frank LLoyd Wright From Within Outward.”

I thought he was thinking of the space.  He was living in the imaginary space world.

Chrysler Building

 

When I was invited to the apartment in New York by host parents, host mother suggested that I paint Chrysler Building which could be seen from the dining window.

The Art Deco style was clear in the window and it was impressive moment to draw a great architecture.
